Why is it so hard to get Autonomy
Trying for the Egypt achivment and despite losing all my manpower and seriously toughing it out Ive got 40though combat and 700 with the focus.

Produce some units to fight Italians in Africa. After you are secure the fastest way to gain autonomy points is to mass produce infantry weapons and Lend Lease them to UK (it will give you more points if you have better tech than them so rush those next level weapons).

Fighting in Europe also give you nice autonomy boost (not as large as Lend Lease) but remember that if you win too soon you will be stuck with only 0.5 autonomy daily from focus.

Get some dockyards, build convoys, send most of them to the UK via lend lease.

in the national focus tab theres a option to increase autonomy (bottom left of the screen). i think it's .5 a day increase. And lease convoys to UK. that seems to be a little quicker than infantry weapons. If you take any land in peace talks build refineries, the UK needs oil and the extra trade will help.

Military attaché does not affect autonomy points in any way so why would you suggest that?

Building convoys is a bit hard as Egypt but weapons i can do. I took africa and been fighting in the war, did they nerf combat gain for autonomy? Cause thats why i questioned how low my gain was.

Honestly the war score doesnt help much, use the atonomy gain focus, send UK a attache, pray the UK needs your materials, and lend lease convys. (when youre choosing what to send for lend lease it will tell you how many points per month it'll give you.It took me until 1949 to break free. As the allies we knocked out axis, then russia, and finally china...i lost all manpower and by the end only had four small units left. I lucked out during peace confrences and took western germany, mongolia, eastern russia, and italian africa. I built as many refineries/shipyards as possible. With the few troops i had left i tried to put them in areas that i knew i could handle.

Ok convoys give you insane an insane amount, 3.5 for legit 1 convoy, Im gonna have to restart and never use my troops for war cause that was a waste of time haha.

3000 i think? i cant remember...all i know is that it took too long lol

You always get a free 500, but yeah 3k from starting with nothing.
