Yugoslavian Focus "Greater Yugoslavia" not working?

No claims given, no event popup, macedonian opposition still there. Anyone else experiencing this?

Just to be clear does conquering bulgaria end the macedonian opposition?

This whole DLC is a mess. None of the Austria-Hungary focuses work. Your claims simply disappear, the descriptions are straight up lies (Protect Czechoslovakia says they become a Subject, but you annex them), and the Achievement for restoring Austria-Hungary is bugged.

They spent forever showing it off, presenting it as a life-injecting overhaul DLC, and had the audacity to charge $10 for it. Yet here we are, with half of the focuses not working. I'm very disappointed in Paradox for giving us this unfinished heap of bugs. You're better off waiting until they patch it by next Summer if you want to try to play as any of the DoD nations.

Oh, so I guess everything that has ever happened to my game is all fixed now that you said it's okay!

Mods won't affect it, I have Ironman and the greenlight for Mods on the Trophy. I took "Protect Czechoslovakia" and when the focus finished, I just straight up annexed them. No event, they just poofed into a cloud of white territory that I suddenly owned. As for Claims, I claimed Galicia and took "March to the Shores". When World Tension hit 50%, I should have been allowed to Justify my Claims. Nope. They weren't there. All I had was "Conquer".

Achievement for restoring Austria-Hungary didn't fire either. I've seen this issue with multiple people. The DLC is bugged.

I'll give Romania a go, thanks for the hopefully good news. So far I've done Yugo and Austria-Hungary and found both to have their quirks. Good luck with your Yugo game!

Hungarys tree still sucks. I tried to go with monarchy to get Austria back peacefully, the referendum event happened, but instead of Austria belonging to me again, suddenly Germany took Austria a day later and I was stuck in the political focus tree.

I couldn't go further down, because of course I couldn't attack Germany to get Austria and I couldn't use alternatives any more. Germany then just took over all europe without any opposition.

It was just stupid not to be able to choose another route after Germany took Austria...especially as they shouldn't have been able to do so after the referendum already happened.

Did you do the referendum too late? Your opening moves should be rushing the Bled Agreement and then going down the Restoration path so the German AI never has time to Anschluss before you have Austria.

Also, the achievement wouldn't fire for me until I defeated Japan and took the Sudetenland and Venice in a Peace Conference, despite having capitulated both Germany and Italy. If you're trying to speedrun the achievement, I'd say restore the Monarchy then hire a Communist advisor and get the Soviet Union to help you. I went the Independent route and it was painfully slow.

About Macedonia? It should. I don't have the focus tree in front of me right now but the safe option is to hover over the focus and see what bypasses it. I'd assume if Bulgaria got it's concession from Romania that conquering them could bypass it.

I just tried doing it and nothing happened except the pop up saying war could break out any moment, but I can't declare war nor can I justify war with Bulgaria. I had the same thing happen with Hungary, I took over czechoslovakia with the focus to protect it and none of the other 4-8 claims did nothing.
