Miklos Horthy and the Habsburg Prince not firing

I could be missing something but I've recreated the Austria-Hungry twice and it has not fired. Double checked that ironman etc was on. Has anyone else been able to fire this achievement or any other?

Same for me, unable to fire it, whereas the achievement where you have to put Horthy as an admiral worked, so my Ironman was OK. Anyone else?

as far as I know the DLC breaks the Acheivements

I believe you have to take all the claims you get via focus tree. I could be wrong, though. I'm trying it now to see if it works.

you NEED the dlc to get that achievement......
