working together on a HoI4 mod

Me and a friend just started making a mod for HoI4. he has already done some stuff and i want to help him. we searched the internet. but we find nothing for it. so does anybody now how we can work on it together

You could set up a private discord to swap files and coordinate your efforts. A lot of mods have their own discord for that purpose and to post mod update announcements.
