console commands for allowing me to press any button?

I want to send people equipment but I am not at war but I can't because it's greyed out, I know there is a command just forgot which one....anyone please help?

Here is some console commands:

reaserchall- as it says
ale (number)- give the lastest equipment
yesman- make the AI to agree what ever you ask them
Manpower- 10 million manpower added i think, you can also set the amount of what you need
XP (number)
Pp (number)- political power (max is 2000)
Debug_nuking- nuke every were you want
Nuke (number) - amount of nukes you want.

You could click the ? up top in the righthand corner to open the wiki ingame and then select 'Console commands' under 'Important pages' to open the console command list[www.hoi4wiki.com].
