Where did factories go in Construction screen
Playing as Germany - in 1938 I had just queued some Synthetic Refineries in multiple states in the Construction screen. I then unpaused and after a couple of weeks had gone by, I went back to look ar Construction screen - and all my Synthetic Refineries were gone

What happened?

One bug that has caught me out a few times is that the display can be scrolled so some of it is off the top of the screen but no scroll-bar there to show that.
