How to estabilish american monarchy as GB?

I've puppeted USA as neutral Britain but stuill can't get the achievement. Wasn't it enough? What shall I do?

You also need to release Scotland as a puppet

Well, I've managed to create North-American dominion but the problem is that doesn't counts as puppeting USA so now I really have no idea what to do

Seems like Paradox messed up with the new achiements. But I think I know complex, but still the way to complete this. I'll try this now

It was much simplier than I could imagine, lol. I didn't notice the decision to estabilish monarchy in USA only instead of whole North-American continent. So I get the achievement, thx

hmm interesting, i didn't know there was an achievement for it.

I did the uniting the anglo-sphere and did install the american monarchy (puts a queen as their leadership), this leads to an american civil war where the south rises up and a chunk in the north stays neutral but then rejoins afterwards (likely via decision available to the american puppet as it just vanished in my game).

However I don't recall seeing an achievement popup occur when i did it...

After you puppet america there is a few new decisions that you can spend PP on to do it.

edit: just checked didnt get the achievement but it was because of needing to release scotland... sigh I already 1948 ended that run T_T

You can still get achievements after 1948. Your end game statistics wont update anymore but you still get achievements (I played until 1952 to get the "One Empire" Achievement).
