I'm getting absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥, I start more or less on 1939 and Germany always goes to war soon after, making the constitutionalists join the allies and making it a quadruple front war. I've no clue how to beat them before England joins.

After you get Gold Standard focus, try to aim for economic focuses to lessen the great depression. Save up on as many Power Point as possible. Spend them only to increase Congress and fascist support, but keep a very large reserve for later. Along the way when you can take any more economic focuses, make sure you take military focuses that will turn you from Disarmed population to Limited Conscription. Also, in the Army focuses, reach down to allow Women into the military, adding a 2% increase. At this point, manpower should be a thought of the past. The military units you have should be training to give you some army experience. Navy and Airforce should be doing the same. Upon allying with the Silver shirts, delete your entire army besides 10 of the best units as most will be turned to the Constitutionalists. Change the division template for infantry to be 20 width, 2 artillery, 7 infantry, and recon and engineers as support. When this is done, start production on an entire line of them but do not give them a place to spawn nor an army to go to as they will be lost upon Civil War spawn. Immediately after Silver shirt alignment, rush the to gain all the focuses after Allying with Silver Shirts that are on the right. One focus will guarantee the Corn Belt states to stay with you, securing their resources. Two other focuses will unlock decisions to bring up Free Corp units and have foreign support. This is where your Power Points will come in, if you saved them. Use them on the foreign support as equipment, trained troops, planes, and other goodies will comes in handy. Troops who train in foreign countries will come back as Veterans and will be very useful. Planes provided will be well used in CAS as it will help at the start.

With your development of the country, don't worry too much about civilian factories. Build fuel silos and military factories, mainly in the states that were part of the Confederacy. This is so the Constitutionalists don't gain a start upon Civil War. Make them build stuff just so you can take it yourself. Guns, support equipment, and artillery should be made quickly and stockpiled. Planes should be next as having some will be vital in supporting divisions.

When the Civil War starts, create your units that you have been training, use all the equipment foreign powers have given. When the final states have chosen their sides, make sure to place the majority of your soldiers on the west front and push quick as this front is quite weak. Make sure you get Douglas Macarther.

Do all of this before Germany declares wars in 1939. Chances are unlikely. I won the Civil War with the Allies attacking me at the same time. Just rush it before tension becomes to high.

What I did:

1) disband 100% army including fleet and air to prevent Ai kept better part,

2) Put maximum infantry to production but dont deploy them

3) when war trigger deploy your made divisions + raise 48 divisions from focus. With 12 exps. from Germany and Italy that is more than enough to conquer east and Boston. Could be doable win whole war too...

4) for me great war started so I joined axis vs allies. You can fund Mexico to enter axis by early 1940 and UK+canada is not so big deal - you need hold one and produce own army ofc but soon there was more axis divisions than allies around and I quickly recaptured all including Canada and rest of America.

Just don't do it. Until they fix that civil war doesnt become world war it's not even funny.
Or you can abuse the game just like their ai abuse it.
