Fleet composition editor not working?
I feel like I'm missing something here because it just doesn't work for me.

I'm the UK with a considerable amount of ships to start with and when i create even the smallest of composition templates, it doesn't fill. I've saved the template, selected and applied the template.

Now all my ships are docked so all in one place and I make sure the auto-reinforce is on. Starting off, i'd assumed that if i set a template on a taskforce with too many than what the template requires, the rest would get sent to reserve but that didn't work. There is no button to force the fleet to adhere to the template requirements and if i set every ship into reserve, make a taskforce of a single destroyer and then apply said template, it would pull from reserve, but it doesn't pull any ships.

Even newly constructed ships are getting sent to reserve and they aren't redistributing after that to any template.

As far as i can tell, it just doesn't work

I feel like the organization aspects are my biggest hurdle right now haha. Ive always been very very OCD about my fleet compositions and how they are organized. Im starting to feel like with man the guns that im never able to get the organized and be solidly confident in the way I organized them haha

Ok apparently, for now, if you leave a question mark in the icon for each ship type in the template, it won't reinforce. you have to specify whether it is a screen or battery or whatever. It works fine once specified. hopefully that gets fixed. I should think it unecessary to specify that a submarine is for submarining and carriers are for... carriering lol
