Kings Party Imperial Conference Bugged
I get to the Conference, I can select one issue to bring up to the dominions, then it locks me out of the others and never opens up before the conference finishes preventing me from forming the Federation as a non aligned UK

really? did you do the imperial federation (bottom most expensive) option first? because i've done this as kings party and it didn't block me out... but i also start from the top discussing trade and defence etc and did the federation topic last.

I got screwed over as well. Only ever got to talk about one issue.

I had the same twice already.

First I made conference in 1937 (probably date is not important just to have some overview) I choosed one topic - everyone agreed. Right after i chooses 2nd topic - think New Zealand refused. Could nto continue to choose federation.

Second game I took more time and gave India autonomy first (it should not be needed for achievement but I said myself they could block it or something) - so it was in 1938, I choosed one topic again (think trade) and this time one country opposed right away. No more topics available.

Thinking about it now "maybe" it is if some topic is denied by participant you can not progress to another.

Anyway at next game I am going right for confederate. (Luckily those were fast games for Achievement only with just couple of minutes spent so I am not so mad about it)

Imperial Confederate uses at least 500-600 political power if you want EVERYONE one to agree. It takes 60 days to hold the whole conference so 60 days for all 5 decisions. You are locked after 60 days

Thats nto the issue. I had way over 600 PP. Thing is that other options get grayed/not clickable.

well I personally did improve opinion on them all so I had +100 opinion on my puppets as the conference itself gives a negative hit to opinion. so I went in with about 650-700 PP. had like 1 guy say no to some minor topic, but everyone else excepted so the majority allowed me to continue.

did you have a majority say no on a topic?

Also what game version are you experiencing this in now? I've done it on 1.6.0 but havent had another try since going to 1.6.1
