It's not possible to go Fascist without a civil war if you have MtG as the USA.
To win the civil war involves gaming the system. The part that breaks off will take the majority of you troops. To get around this requires deleting all your troops just before the civil war starts. So as soon as the east coast secedes. Don't have any troops training in the queue either as they will take the majority of those as well.
You rely on the decision to raise the freikorps for your troops in the civil war. Also make sure not to build any factories in the areas that will flip.
I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the philippines but i cant peace them because hoi hoi
so they join the allies and drag me into a war.
So in short, without "exploiting" the system its not possible now because broken ^^
My goodness... This campaign is difficult if playing as the US. Getting the US to the Confederate path would be as much as difficult since it resembles to that of the Kaiserreich version of the American Civil War. Also, getting the Union representation is dangerously difficult as well.
Hopefully, I didn't play as the US yet.
