How to get Trotsky in Mexico?
Stalin did the purgue and I (Mexico) went communist, accepting Trotsky at the country, but it doesen't appear Siñor Tlotsky, how do I do it?

I think the event is dependant on if you choose to exile Calles or keep him. If you keep Calles then he becomes the main influencer for Communism, so you got to exile him for Trotsky to come. You should get the event before 1937 ends.

Assign him to your government and he will take over as the leader. I think he goes under military high command. Not sure but I got the achievement last night.
