i'd wait for a sale unless you really like balkan focus trees + a few not necessary features.

i know i got it for $7.50 on sale, it might even be lower in the next one who knows.

Meh. I would wait for sale and pick up Together For Victory. But, as Bhard said, if you really want to change the way the Balkans play, it's worth getting.

TfV is the only DLC i found underwhelming so far, mostly because I don't think the commonwealth countries are all that interesting.

like dapper said, the puppet system. it's what makes that DLC the best one so far (in my opinion)

I could bought only one DLC and i bought Death or Dishonor because Together for Victory has focuses for such ♥♥♥♥ countries like New Zealand and Australia. Death or Dishonor has focuses that can changewar in europe and btw you cn form Austria-Hungary and thats awesome
