Restore Austria-Hungary as Czechoslovakia

So there is a political decision to restore AH as CZSK, has anyone managed to do it? I spent days trying to accomplish it, but am not getting even close, anybody managed to do it? Or even get close?

I mean, just kill em all and you get it.
AI cant really do much against medoum tanks so build like one or 2 divisions of that mixed with motorized and light spg.

So basically world conquest is the only way. (If you attack, Yugo joins Allies, Hungary and Romania usually Axis) :/
I tried to get as much before WW2 starts, but, while I can get Austria in time (though it is close). Justifying on anyone else tends to lead to guarantees. And Czechoslovakia vs Allies is ... tough to say the least.

just restore austria-hungary while playing hungary...
you can easily get austria, czech and transylvania without war, then take yugo by war.

if you want to go all in, then turn fascist, join axis and declare war on italy (the allies will declare war on you), and have germany help you.
