How do i see the autonomy of my puppets?
I've been trying to annex my puppets and know i need to lower their autonomy but i dont know which has the lowest autonomy so it would be easiest to annex

that just shows which countries are my puppets and says I can release them, am I missing another option?

Inside of that menu there is a blue bar representing the overall progress towards the next levels of vassalage.
There are 4 stages:
Annexed - Integrated Puppet - Puppet - Free

If you can see a cross on the left side of the bar it means the target is an integrated puppet as the next lower level for it is annexed
If you can see a dove on the right side of the bar it means the next higher level is free meaning they are a puppet.
The bar itself shows the overall progress towards either side as I said but hovering over the symbols on either end will give you a more detailed look as it tells you what is needed to reach that level you are hovering over and also where it's current autonomy is coming from, be that lend-lease, combat aid or construction.

I don't see a blue bar or any of what you mentioned. I have been clicking on "manage occupied territories" because I haven't seen "manage puppets" is there another option to manage puppets that I haven't seen?

This is the Puppet Interface: https://imgur.com/a/EEH50Uv

If you don't have that you'll probably need the Together for Victory DLC.

As Aqua said you can't manage puppets without TfV
