Naval Invasions

Hey guys, I just bought hoi4 christmas day and whenever i try to do a naval invasion the naval invasion buttons grayed out, help?

Do you have naval invasions researched? Very bottom of the naval research screen.

Will do, i researched marines to see if that would help but it didint

Yep you gotta research Naval Transports or something along that lines. Most countries have it researched at the start but some don't like China/South American countries.

just checked, i have naval transports already researched (im playing as the us btw)

I don't know then, but I will explain how to upload a screenshot so we can see. Press F12 and it should take a screenshot, and once you exit the game it will allow you to upload it to Steam. Then you go to the screenshot's page, copy the page, and paste it here.

I'm not sure but have you tried using less divisions than what you have there? With 1936 Naval invasion tech you can only use 10 divisions in a naval invasion.

found the problem, apparently u cant naval invade w/ an entire army group, u have to select the individual armies, thx

yeah it makes sense that you can't naval invade a couple province with millions of men
