Help, i dont know how to fix this first vienna award problem
So im playing as germany and i just destroyed the czech and i want to give some land to hungary which is my ally. i figured by doing the first vienna award it would automatically take the land away from me and give it to them but it hasnt and now their pissed off cuz i promised land to them that i cant seem to give. wtf?

It only gives the land to them if it's owned by Czech. You're supposed to do the First Vienna Award before annexing Czech. Maybe you can get them to like you with Second Vienna Award?

dude i tried. the czech were acting like they got that big d ick energy, i had to put em down.

Oh. I've never had that happen before. Guess it's just the usual Paradox game RNG.
