Tanks for the airborne troops
Many countries have thought about strengthening their parachute troops with light tanks. And some had the results:
- The USSR could transport the T-37 and T-38 under the fuselage of bombers (and even was used in one parachute operation)
- The USA developed the M22 Locust
- Britain developed the Tetrarch

I think light tanks should have a modification for parachute operations.

Exploit:
Create two paratrooper division templates: one with paratroopers and support companies only, the other with tanks included. Built ONLY the first one.
After the paradrop mission is completed, select the landed paratroopers and swap their division template with the armored one. Their organization, already near zero, will recover just fine, and the tanks will be filled within the week. Avoid significant combat untill strength returns.

You division does have to connect to your supply route. If you drop it behind enemy lines, then it won't reinforce.

you could have your transports on air supply, but its not going to be that good.
