Insufficient intel with max decryption - anyone found a fix for this?

I have maximum decryption, reckon squads in armies, yet as soon after loading the game as i unpause all the intel disapears and i cant see around 98% of enemy divisions info along the frontline.

That means they have max encryption and you're at a stalemate. Recon squads don't add Intel on the map; they allow your divisions to move faster and add initiative in battle.

Building high level radars should help.

only way i have solved this higher level of radar and air superioity seems to make a difference slightly

Its a bug dont listen to that 2 little clowns misguiding you. It usually happens in late game saves and as u described, u can see all unit when you load back to the save but as soon as u unpause u cant see ♥♥♥♥.

to an extent, but unfortunatley it is a bug. Yes, Air superiority helps a little bit, but you will have "Incufficent intel" on them, and you cant build radars if you are fighting on one of your allies land
