War Support, Stability and Decisions.
Also, on the decisions screen there are some tick-boxes that control how the events appear to you.
Uusually, though, it's best to pause the game if you get an event pop-up that needs a decision NOW, to prevent the situation you describe from happening.
Clicking any of the options give a chance for the mutiny to either spread of dissipate.
If it dissipates you won't get another mutiny for a year
If it spreads another event pops telling you the mutiny is spreading and you again get to roll the dice
Focuses, decisions and certain cabinet ministers can help with both.
Any focuses which say 'this may anger x people within your nation' should be taken with extreme caution, cause this means riots and civil wars may occour.
Word or warning, War support as a belligerant is hard to come by as you cannot use war propaganda to boost if like defenders can, but you can get 2% from every ace pilot you get. so mank loads of small air wings, put them in enemy airspace and wait. When you get an ace pilot, take him/her out of the airwing so they don't get killed cause you lose that 2%.
OK.
Well you didn't really figure it on your own, since all your replies mentioned Decisions :)
Regardless, have fun
EDIT: & you're welcome
