As India, develop and deploy a nuke. You must have the Quit India Movement national spirit.

1. You are India? Ironman? Custom, normal or hard difficulty?
2. Did you choose the Quit India Movement focus?
3. Did you drop a nuke?

If in doubt check the ingame achievement tracker (trophy by the pause button). Hovering over the achievement will tell you what you need to do to get it

its not the tracker thats broke but your ironman

If I remember correctly you need to have break free from puppet and dominion state. You need to be fully indepentent nation for that achivment. Breaking free (no need to leave Allies) is reletevly easy. Produce convoys with all shipyard from day one. And landlece all it to UK once the war start. Around 1940 you will be free, if not sooner.

You didn't read the above threads I take it?
Leaving the allies is not a requirement nor is being independent

Also he said the achievement tracker was completely empty which means his ironman game got corrupted
