Can i play multiplayer without DLC?
I am considering joining up on multiplayer game lobby's, can i join people with full dlc even tho i don't have all the dlc's?

This. But you must have the same mods (if any) as everyone else in the game.

I recommend adding people for mp matches. I heard that a lot of public lobbies had people getting kicked out by host players for some reason. I don't know if this is still a problem though, since I usually add the people I play coop and mp with.
