No legal transport path?

Germany is getting rekt, but me as japan capitulated USSR and I'm trying to send aid, yet for some reason the game insists that the only way to transport stuff is over sea even tohugh we share borders? Every single playthrough I notice new bugs, when will paradox fix their game?

Thats not a bug. Its by design. Your resources leave from your capital, always have. So you have to transport them by ship to germany.

It does, you cant just walk into germany and all the sudden get supplies from them.

What you just said makes no sense. It is obvious that if I can't send aid by ocean to Germany, I would have to ship it from Japan, then through China and USSR over land, right? As I said, I've conquered China and USSR, so I should be able to send weapons by railroad.

Supply system is just broken and doesnt make sense. Since day 1 of course.
