How do i increase Special Forces cap
I can make 7 i need more for invasion of britain

its percentage based so train more troops, there's also a tech that increases that percentage.

Sorry If this is really late but I think it is with every 12 divisions you make, you can get one more special division.

Nice necro but it's actually just a simple 5% of your total number of battalions and you can increase it by a infantry tech for another 5%. Also worth checking if some nations have focus for increasing it too.

EDIT: From the wiki:
This cap is the greater of either 24 battalions or 5% of your total battalions (excluding SF battalions) making up the rest of your divisions.

Use mod that gets rid of spc force cap.
