Kaiser path. Joining Allies and guaranteeing Poland.

Hi.

I went with the Kaiser path in the German focus tree for the first time, i joined the Allies and guaranteed Poland. Now that the USSR (and communist France) declared war on us, i cannot move my troops into Poland to fight the red bear. They are not in the Allies.

I get the impression that you shouldn't be able to guaranteed Poland and create your own faction(i think?) in the even of an invasion AND join the allies.

I cannot invite Poland as neither the UK or Germany.
This is strange as hell. I got 1 million men ready to fend of the commies but i cannot enter polish territory.

Ask for military access? If they’re at war with the Soviets then you’ll be able to fight them.

I've had similar issue with non-historical france.

I was playing as UK, France decided to stupidly attack germany for remilitarization of rheinland. 2 civil wars + war against germany. I had the option to join them and I clicked yes (since 1936 germany owning france would be too OP). After I joined them I couldn't take part in any civil war or in conflict against germany even though I accepted (game claming that war tension is too low).

Yeah it seems like Paradox needs to do some clean-up with these new focuses.

Does Poland have their own Focus-created Faction up?

So i reloaded a save and this time the USSR attacked Lithuania, i had guaranteed them as well.
There was no event other than declaring war and after that i could create a faction with Lithuania.

Get Austria in your faction for a chance for a free Anschluss-Event.
