Get Wilhelm 3 by leaving Wilhelm 2 in Exile

Hi i started a game with Germany and tried to reastablish the Kasierreich. Wilhelm 2 stayed in exile because i did not want to go to war with Netherlands. I got a message that Wilhelm 3 would be on the throne, but years went on and still von Mackensen is in charge. Did i do something wrong? Or did i missunderstand something? I saw a video where Wilhelm 3 was the leader

Same thing if you declare war, at my first try Netherlands let Wilhelm II back and he become actual ruler of country, when, somewhere around 1939-1940, he died and Wilhelm III has succeeded to the throne. Looks like a new bug.

Seems really to be a Bug stil have von Mackensen and saw some lets plays where there was Wilhelm 3

Mackensen dies soon, and Wilhelm 3 becomes.
I playd without focus for Kaiserreich , just needed democratic support for another one, and waiting longer time, so I've got an event about death of Makenzen and ruler in German Hunta changed to Wilhelm 3

I have played for 1941 with Mackensen and he is still alive, the event just wont fire up.

Im in 1943 and he ist still alive. In History he died 1945.

In event files he must die after 1035 (or something around it) days of rulling the country.

So after about 3 Years. Nope he is still alive.

Same thing, but the event with Wilhelm II have same conditions and works properly.

I think the Event is buggy. I tried again. Got Wilhelm 2 back without war, but Mackensen stayed. Reloaded an got Wilhelm 2 as new leader.
