1. To upgrade your generals with new abilities if they can learn them
2. Send atache through the political menu to countries at war for a mutual boost
3. Complete special missions during war. This one is a bit trickier, so far I've found one inside the air warefare map mode that lets you send aid to ground troops or something.
If you select the army you'll see they have a ittle bitty button in the lower left of their picture up in the upper left area of the screen.
If they have skills they can learn it'll glow with a little + sign.
How to gain more/new skills to learn? Uhh, not sure yet.
Is this part of the DLC? bcs i dont have this too
I think? I've had the X-Pass so I don't know which features are free and which are for Tiger.
You know what, give me a second, I'll just take a screenshot.
Look at my mouse.
Money grabbing Paradox...
You need it for general/hero traits/exp.
Beyond that I have no way of knowing since I've had the X-Pass since release.
Yeah i knew that its just that 1 year into the campaign i allready have max command power and dont know how to spend it except for promoting generals
Well you're in the same boat as me then.
I can't actually find enough crap to spend that resource on.
I think they are forcing us to buy the dlc if you really want to use this resource
I still can't find enough crap to spend the new resource on.
really? the general skill tree seemded pretty extensive
The actual skills require you to get some kind of EXP no one wants to tell you how to get. So you end up with 100 of the resource but not a single general can use it.
