US Marine Generals

Why are there no UNITED STATES MARINE GENERALS? Does Paradox not like UNITED STATES MARINES?

There probably are some there but I don't normally go US nor do I see what makes the US Marines more special than any other contries marines.

yeah the IP address is just a thing that your computer sends out to find the nearest server, at the most it can tell you what city he's in or what hub he's connecting to. Its a public peice of information shared with the network to make the internet work.
