Positive Heroism or Colectivist Propraganda?
Which one is better?

Positive Heroism, good choice if you go down deep battle for mass assault.

Colectivist Propraganda, also not a bad choice.

I mainly stay with Positive Herosim though.

Positive makes your tanks STRUNK and boosts your research speed.

Positive heroism is essential for the 5% research speed, otherwise you'll just be lagging way behind other nations in tech all game long, and rokossovsky in high command if you want to use armor at all as well
Collectivist doesn't really offer anything you can't get by other means
The soviets are far more bottlenecked by Tech than they are by Industry I feel
