Enemy is stronger?

Is it just me or does this seem broken?

I will go from being 80% stronger to 1% strength compared to the enemy in a second, then up to 40%strength in another second.

I tested it as well by loading up the game from the ai country's viewpoint, then it said that the ai troops were much weaker than my forces. Yet when I face those same troops they are so much stronger instead of weaker?

Feels like it is broken or the ai is getting massive combat strength bonuses. Since the ui can't bother to explain how or why the enemy is stronger I have no way of knowing if it's by design or a bug.

If it makes you feel any better it doesn't actually do anything. It's just there to try to give a quick tldr of the your armies ability to achieve their warplan goal.

I've noticed the same thing happening. The generals will say the ai is weaker, i activate the plan and we start instantly losing.

It means "weaker in pure numbers". Nothing else. You're still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you want to overrun them with tanks and there is AT everywhere.

It just counts the divisions and the battallions in every division

Hopefully Waking the Tiger would fix this simple AI issue.
