Is it Possible to Dispand All Divisions?

I have been wanting to have a fresh start sort of game where all countries start out with zero units, but I have been having no luck in finding an easier way to delete all the units across the world at the start of the game. I looked over the console commands and couldn't find one for that. I would rather not go through every single country and dispand their units, so if there is an easier way to delete all units at start for every country, I would be very greatful to know. You can just put them all in one army and disband them, or type deleteallunits into the console, please note that the console command also removes all of the ships in the navy

Are you sure? I am talking about deleting all units on the entire map, for every single country, not just my own. And I've tried to use the delete all units but it didn't seem to work half the time. and when it did, it only deleted the units of the country I have control over. Am I messing something up there?

try adding a tag after deleteallunits, like ENG, GER, USA, ITA, YUG, SOV

That works, but would require me to go through every single country and delete their divisions by hand. I was hoping that there would be a simpler way to just delete everything all at once, but I am losing hope that there is.

why would you want to do that ? every country in the world has some sort of army

Easiest way is probably to make a personal mod and remove all of the starting armies (and navies and airforces). Otherwise, use the console for each and every country in the game.
