Kaiserreich - Treaty of Stockholm
Does it work? I never played as a Scandinavian country before, and now as Norway I am trying to unite us. The focus says that the treaty should come early 1937, but it's already late 1939 and the 2nd Weltkrieg started.

I looked online, but I only found Reddit posts from late 2017 saying it was broken.
