Changed video settings, game wont launch now

I was playing around and hooked my 48" LCD tv to my tower and tried to play HOI4 on it. In an attempt to make the game fit better on the screen I changed the settings to full 1080 from full screen or something along those lines.

Now when I launch the game I get the mod/start game screen. After I click the launch button I get the game icon in my task bar and it's clearly doing something as I've watched it in Task Manager. My curser becomes the pocket watch for a while then eventually a gloved hand as if the game is running normally. However, the splash screen and game menu never show up on my screen.

If my video settings wrecked my game I have no way of access the settings to fix the issue.
I have not yet tried to launch it on mynormal monitor and will after submitting this post.

Any suggestions in the mean time?

No specs, I can't open the control panel window for some reason now. AMD A-10 tho if that helps. Thanks

edit: tried to launch the game on regular monitor, no change. I'm doing a full uninstal and seeing if that fixes my issue.

edit 2: Uninstall did nothing

Did you try borderless? (you can change it with the launcher)

borderless should fix it up for you since i think borderless sticks it to the resolution of said monitor
