Command for unlocking building slots?
I couldn't find anything on the wiki, a legitimate way to do it would work too (but i'm 90% sure that is not possible)

There is a way to do it without console commands. One of the special "Operations" or whatever, the name escapes me right now... (The thing where you can spend PP on 'War Propoganda" and "Women in Workforce" type stuff). Theres one where you can spend some PP and unlock additional building slots in different states at the cost of some stability.

Edit: Decisions, thats what they are called...
