"Request restoration of british titles" nowhere to be found.

Hindenburg survived, Wilhelm II got blocked and Wilhelm III is in power, I've finished the "alliance with the shade" focus, but there's still no decision to "request restoration of british titles."

I have all three expansions enabled, and I'm only using the colored buttons mod. Where is the decision?

How can I use this information? I tried to edit my savegame but I can't find the conditions to edit.

IIRC Wilhelm II & III are the non-aligned leaders, so check.

British have a 100 opinion of me, and I was never at war. As far as the modernized succession laws goes, I can't find that anywhere in decisions or the focus tree. Isn't that a decision that's mutually exclusive with restoration of british titles?

Ok so I found out that the Succession law decisions are a path that ends with restoring british titles, rather than being mutually exclusive. None of the threads and forums I found online mentioned this. Thanks anyways.

The only way to get her otherwise, is that Netherlands HAS to refuse the return of Wilhelm II, and if you have 40k manpower in the field - this includes teh Navy and Airforce as well - they will instantly let him return to Germany. So he HAS to be stopped, forcing Germany to go to war with the Netherlands, ro get Wilhelm III. The latter choice enables the decisions to request the British Titles restored and modernize the succession lines.
The decisions will not appear after Wilhelm II dies.
