Can we get a Mutually exclusive sign between "neutrality act/limited intervention" and "ally with the silver shirts"?
I just spent 3 hours of my life trying to build up a ton before the civil war started, then i started down the "america first" path and lo and behold, i cant do it because i did the neutrality act for the political power. Is it too much to ask that there be an exclusivity sign between them?
