Self Propelled Anti Air and Anti Air.

In other words.

SPAA is bolted to the top of a tank chassis, replacing the normal armament of said tank, thus having many of the advantages and disadvantages a tank has.

AA is wheeled around under it's own steam, it does not have any of the advantages a tank has, but it does not have any of it's weaknesses either.

SPAA is better, but it is expensive to produce, uses fuel, and eats supply like it's going out of fashion, you also can't use it in support company form, so it's also expensive to put into a division as well, and like all tanks it takes a huge malus if it's sent to attack terrain it hates (such as mountains). If you do use it, you want to use it sparingly for the divisions that matter most. The main reason it is used over standard AA, is because it gives a hardness rating to withstand soft attack damage.

SPAT and SPART are the same.
