Can' defeat Columbia

Im playing with a friend. He's playing Mexico, I'm playing Canada. We're both communist. We can't defeat Columbia. We have 400 000 soldeirs combined. And 600 000 free manpower. Columbia has about 150 000 soldiers and NO free manpower. We're attacking from Panama and Cartagena (we did a succesful desant there). We have surplus equipment, No problems with supplies. We're fighting in mountains. We have only infantry divisions. Template: 10 infantry, artillery support, recconesance, enginners. Our casualties are 50 000, Columbia's are 177 000. PLEASE HELP!

I can't see what's the issue, if they have no free manpower they won't be able to reinforce their divisions.

Simply attack Columbia until they surrender.

I was attacking one point in France and it took me ~2 years to defeat it. Yes they had 10lvl forts and 40 divisions. (without nukes)

To be pedantic, are you trying to attack Colombia? Or are you having trouble with Columbia, Tennessee? Or Mississippi, Missouri, Maine, or New York?

If Colombia, this may be part of your troubles:
