Why is my political advisor not showing up * MODDING *

my political advisor isn't showing up in my game and i get this error whenever i boot up the game:

his error eh[15:28:46][persistent.cpp:46]: Error: "Unexpected token: Albert_Smith, near line: 31
" in file: "common/ideas/bykovsknia.TXT" near line: 40

I made the structure in the file the same as HOI4 base game and I can't see any syntax errors
Here is the code that apparently has the error:

political_advisor = {

Albert_Smith = {

picture = generic_political_advisor_europe_1

allowed = {
original_tag = BYK
}

traits = { compassionate_gentleman }
}

line 31 starts on Albert_Smith and 40 is the very last one.

If anybody can fix this for me or tell me what the problem is then thank you.

EDIT: for some reason the spaces in the code isn't converted into text properly in this thread.

It doesn't look like you've closed your brackets properly -->
political_advisor = {

Albert_Smith = {

picture = generic_political_advisor_europe_1

allowed = {
original_tag = BYK
}

traits = { compassionate_gentleman }
}
}
}

The last two closing brackets are closing political_advisor and Albert_Smith
