DLC not working

I have the game (hoi4) and yesterday I bought Together For Victory DLc and Death Or Dishonnor DLCs. I go on my parodox account and activate them, a day later they are still trying to activate and doing a buffering symbol in a middle and someone help me?

Hey steams a bit dodgy some times so restart steam it will then check if the DLC havent been download then download it for you. It did that with me I had to wait for like 5 minutes til it relised I had some DLC it didnt download

Then load Hearts of iron 4 at the top it should say News, DLC, Mods. Click DLC go expansion make sure its there and click the box restart hearts of iron 4 click play and enjoy

Then you should have received steam keys which you activate here on steam, not on the paradox site.

Presumably, email.

The steam keys should be delivered to your e-mail. Then just copy one of the keys, click the 'add a game' down in the left corner in your steam window, select 'activate a product on steam' and then follow the instruction. Repeat with the second key.
