Can't Load Game Because I "Need to Enable DLC"

So I've recently been playing as Mongolia and when I try and load the game it says "The game cannot be started until missing DLCs are enabled: Together for Victory". I'd just like to know how I can "enable" it thanks :D

When you first start the game in the small startup menu there is a DLC option at the top right of the window to turn on or off any DLC or MODS you have.

If you recently had a crash or cleared the game cache it may turn these off if it thinks they caused a problem.

Ah that's helpful thanks. But it turns out I don't have Together For Victory.

I am having same problem please help, I never had the Together for Victory dlc but now for a save i used two hours ago it says I needs to be 'enabled again' which I obviously cannot do. This is really annoying as I was four years into the game now I must restart...

Yes, this is a bug. If you have a Paradoxplaza account that's linked[forum.paradoxplaza.com] to your Steam account you can add your input to this bug report[forum.paradoxplaza.com] about that problem.

yeah this has happened mutiple times for me It launches the game with dlc i dont have and then the next day i cant play the game and have to restart
