Is there a cheat to change autonomy?

Im wondering because i want to free a couple puppets early in the game.

put your troops there, build within there country, take there troops

add_autonomy [<Target Country Tag>] [num]

Example: add_autonomy TAN 500
this will add 500 autonomy to Tannu Tuva, so you can make subject have higher autonomy.

Example: add_autonomy TAN -500
this will add -500 autonomy to Tannu Tuva, so subject autonomy is lower.
