You have an early choice between frontline art 10% attack increase (left) and support art 50% attack increase + (all) support +20 org (right). I prefere right as I get more org and I always use support art. If you go for 7inf 2art it really doesnt matter, but for 4inf 4art you get the most attack with left, wihle still getting more org with right.
In general you can go with everything choosing firepower. Even motorized/mech and tank devision profit, getting more dmg, while having less org as with blitzkrieg.
The biggest drawback is the lack of 5% recruitable population, but it makes your divisons strong enouth, that it shouldn't matter.
I mainly use 7inf 2art and 6tank 4mot/mech divisons. (converting inf divs into heavy tank divs in late game, so espacily as germany having 200 divs of heavy tanks is manpower efficant while still running on service by requirement + some spare million reserve on one tag world conquest by the end of the game (+marines and paras for island invasions))
I would surround Soviet divisions by blasting holes in their lines then advancing with infantry.
