Currently playing as Sweden, and normally play as other minors such as Greece. I'm looking for an affordable division that I can use to invade other minors surrounding me but that doesn't get screwed over when I eventually get confronted by the Soviet Union. Basically a division that is all around decent.
I was also thinking about the organization of the divisions, I haven't really gotten the hang of what a 'good organization is'. For example, is 40 org good, or will 35 do? I don't want troops that break after 2 days of fighting but I don't want troops that fight till they reach 0 HP and disappear.
Outside of your standard rank and file infantry, I would highly recommend creating some specialty units for the fight against the USSR, particularly AT divisions for, well you know, tanks, and concentrated artillery divisions for breakthroughs on soft targets. This is assuming you don't have the industrial base for a mechanized force. I've never played as Sweden so I don't your exact scenario.
Edit: I've heard they didn't
it depends on the nation. Germany, yes they tend to have tanks :)
