Permantly stuck in edit battleplan mode.

Yeah, no matter what nation I play, I start out the entire game in edit battleplan, and theres no way to get off of it. I have no mods enabled, just the base game and all of it's dlc. If anyone knows how to solve this issue, I'm sure it would help out a lot more people than just me.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, and it magically fixed the problem.

You'll have to sync your Paradox and Steam account to gain access however

Bump. Just had it today again. Clearing user directories in the launcher ( not game yet ) solved it.

I've had this before, and mashing the left alt key fixes it for me.

I haven’t had it happen to me in a few weeks, but, it would usually cause the restart of entire game. If I reloaded the save it would start with units not visible and me stuck creating an attack line. I think what creates it is, you are in the process of making plans and either menus, steam overlay or events causes it and you need to be aware to reverse it, or you have to restart. I’ve managed to reverse it by mashing keys sometimes.

yep it happens to me occasinally, mashing left alt and ctrl fixed it for me

Bump, had the issue today and left alt fixed it for me, these overhauls have the silliest glitches sometimes.
