Is there a console command to create factions?

I'm playing the great war mod as germany, and the etente kicked my butt and right now i'm rising back to power. and I thought 'I'll create the Axis Faction!' so I go in to find a national focus for it Didn't find one. so I was a little disappointed. Anyone know a Console command for it?

is it possible to Edit a Faction name manually in the File's , does anyone know if this is possible as i would like to

Console commands:
allowdiplo- will enable blocked diplo actions ( such as create faction )
yesman- will make everyone say yes to everything the player requests

I believe there is a way if you go into your paradox games documents folder. You might have to also create a local mod and replace the facton name like that. However. An easier way would to just simply remake the faction by disbanding it by using yesman/allowdiplo cheat codes and reinvite all the members into said faction.
