What does it mean and how do I activate it?

It is activated by clicking the shuffle button. Clicking this button toggles between shuffle and weighted shuffle mode.

Shuffle is the standard mode we are all familiar with on our favourite music apps or programs. Weighted shuffle takes into consideration what nation you are playing and what nation songs are tagged for. With weighted shuffle on you will hear German music when plaaying as Germany. American music when playing as USA and Soviet music when playing as USSR.

For weighted shuffle do I want the button displaying "Shuffle" or "Weighted Shuffle"?
