I need help with indonesia in the Iron Curtain mod

So, I am playing as indonesia in the iron curtain mod and I am still st war with the dutch east indies but when I try to attack them, I always fail, will there be an event where I get all the territory or not? Because when I start the game as indonesia, all the odds are stacked against me, can someone pls help me with this

What goes actually wrong?
Possible solution:
Use marines with 8 marine with 1 medium/light tank and engineers (attack bonus for forts.)
Make sure that you get close airsupport and shore bombartments

I have no marines though, the dutch have twice the amount of troops I have. What do I do?

When in doubt 40 garbage paratrooper divisions land one on every tile

The problem is that I only have 1 civilian factory and I have to wait till 1952 until I can build a millitary factory and by then the dutch would have 5 times the amount of troops I have. Do I just wait and hope the dutch withdraw from indonesia?
