What does training your troops actually do.
I never train my troops in hoi4 but have heard that they boost the power of your troops. I never really see a difference but it just seems like they make my troops weaker whenever I use them in warfare. Someone please tell me.

Gives a % based combat bonus or negative depending on their training level. You can see this inaction. When your division is in a battle click the green/red bubble to see the battle screen. Mouse-over all the combat numbers of your and enemy troops. All the combat modifiers will be displayed there including any training bonuses. IIRC, trained troops give +25% bonus.

How long do you need to train them for?

depends. Just click on the army and see their XP grow. Once they hit lvl 3 they can't advance any further without real combat.

It takes 100 days to train from green to trained or from trained to regular if you don't have any modifiers. Ministers, conscription laws, and national focuses (NF) can reduce the training time. There is also a continuous NF that reduces training time.

I still not get the point. I allways see different values. Can someone describe how much day learn daily?
Sometime it is 0,6x, sometimes more than 1,26x

I'm guessing that with training (which is done in the recruit and deploy tab) in this thread you are actually meaning exercise (which is done on map).

Usually dependant on their current manpower and equipment levels.
