How is Italy OP?

I seem to have a lot more success as the USA, Soviets, UK, and Germany rather than Italy. Could someone explain how Italy is OP, or if I am missing something as Italy?

well its easy to play any nation if you are good at the game. just build carriers asap to contend with the english fleet then invade as much as the balkans as you can before the allies start to garaunte nations. dont join axis until they are at war with france then join and rush southern france while its mainly undefended

Italy is easy because all you need to win is conquer Switzerland, paradrop into France, then paradrop into the UK.

i must do something wrong that i can never get paras to actually drop, seems to be a recent issue. ive just gone the other route and land on dover and stroll my way over to london, 2/2 so far on that plan.

you dont even need carriers if you have an airbase on the channel you can produce so many nav bombers that you can effectivly shut the english channel down. eventually it'll wear out their ships.

as to OP

Italy can gobble up the balkins really fast. you take yugoslavia, romania and greece, each one holds a huge amount of a different resource.
the only real cap on italy is the manpower.
